As for today, after a nice long walk I made this ...I love this easy tasty breakfast option so much..and because chocolate is always a good idea..I had to make this version 🀍🀍⁠

Single Serve ⁠
⁠
INGREDIENTS ⁠
2 gluten free weetbix, crushed ⁠
1/4 cup teff flour⁠ ⁠
20g @macr0mike chocolate caramel plant protein powder ⁠
1/2 tsp baking powder⁠
1/2 tbsp cocao powder ⁠
1 tsp cinnamon ⁠
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar ⁠
2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup (to personal taste)⁠
1/2 cup almond mylk⁠
⁠
METHOD ⁠
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.⁠
Place in a small greased dish.⁠
Microwave for 2 minutes ⁠
(check after 90 seconds as it will depend on your microwave) ⁠
Let it stand for a couple of minutes.⁠
Alternatively you could place on the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes πŸ‘ŒπŸ»β 
⁠
Turn it out on to a plate, or eat straight out of the dish.⁠
Then top with whatever your heart desires ⁠
For me ... Vanilla yogurt, @macr0mike chocolate biscuit powdered almond butter, sliced banana 🍌 ⁠& cocao nibs ⁠
