Started off the day with a lovely long lay in. Then it was time to get on it! So Sunday Duathlon it was. 20 mile ride followed by a 2 mile run all done at MAF pace. Up and down Swansea valley was the plan as we are still in lockdown until tomorrow. Perfect autumn day. Weather couldn’t have been any better. Not been for a spin on the bike in ages so it was great to get out for a ride.
