Standard Monday push session to kick off the week. Threw it back to a lockdown exercise as have a small rotator cuff niggle and DB flyes are not really happening. However, keen to keep some flye action in the session Inwent for a mid band flye which worked a treat and helped me really engage the chest whilst totally cutting out any use of the shoulder. 3x10 reps
Second part of the vid was the tricep accessory exercise I used to superset this exercise with. Tricep kick back using the tri rope, focussing on the squeeze at the end of the move. 3x12
