I remember a time when I used to feel shame for my desire to take space close to my bloodtime. I had strong emotions that would arise premenstrually, and sometimes felt shameful for that too. Now, I celebrate my depth of feeling and the magick that unfolds when I take space for myself and my process. But at the time, I felt like these were undesirable, unlovable aspects of myself that I needed to change. Maybe you can relate?⁣
⁣
It wasn’t until I began my journey learning more about my fertility cycle that I started to realize how profoundly my hormones impact my day to day life. I discovered that everything I was feeling prestrually was totally valid from a scientific perspective. I started to own my feelings and honor my boundaries. The next challenge was learning how to communicate those boundaries to people in my life!⁣
⁣
Cycle syncing has allowed me to not only improve, but deepen and enrich my relationships. I approach conversation differently, based on the neurochemistry of my cycle phase. I connect with people when my body is primed for it, and make space for myself to be alone when that’s what my hormones request. Because I better understand the inner-workings of my body, I am able to much more efficiently communicate my desires, needs, and boundaries with others.⁣
⁣
I believe that our fertility cycles are the embodiment of ancestral intelligence, and building our lives and relationships around this body wisdom is a total game changer. Ready to deepen your bonds with yourself, your body, and the people you love most? Join me in my upcoming 5-day Cycle Syncing journey! I’ll be sharing the science behind our cycles and some tips on how to structure your life around your body’s physiological majesty. ⁣
