Abs are made in the kitchen they say.... or are they??? ummm this true to a degree! Although I think I came out of the womb with a six pack, my genetics and the sport I played as a young child has dictated how my body looks today! Not everything is by diet alone, sometimes your genetics and habits you have formed from a child can have an impact on how your body looks. Take for instance my husband... he is a lump with huge legs and ass, this is because at a young age he played rugby and his body and muscles adapted to that sport. I used to run and spend hours doing cardio based sport as a kid and that now has left me with block abs and fair sized quads and glutes.
