 I love fall. It’s season #1 for me, it’s like permission to shed away our old skin and focus on some extra nourishment and indulgence. ⁠⠀

I’ve been trying out new recipes while I immerse myself more in beauty nutrition, and I have my very own version of a #PSL to share! 💃⁠⠀
⁠⠀
2 tbsp pumpkin purée (make your own, or buy it canned)⁠⠀
1-2 tsp of Lake&Oak Sun Mylk⁠⠀
1-2tsp of Pumpkin Pie spice⁠⠀
Add coffee or chai tea and your favourite steamed plant based milk (or skip the coffee and tea altogether and just add the milk) ⁠⠀
Sweeten with a splash of real maple syrup ⁠⠀

Enjoying one of these amps up your vitamins A,E and C, reduces redness and fine lines, while calming, soothing and nourishing your skin from within. The pumpkin also has the added benefit of antioxidants that help battle and reverse sun damage. ⁠⠀
