My 3rd Tone It Up program complete! I started this journey with all of you for the Summer Tone Up and then did TIU21. This community and these programs have become my sanctuary. I look forward to my workouts and hearing the encouraging and wise words of the trainers and this community wholeheartedly. I feel like I have improved so much since downloading the TIU app in March. I still have a ways to go, but self improvement should be never ending. I never would have thought I would be a girl that would wake up at 4 am to get my workout in, but now I can’t imagine my life without this commitment. The mission and purpose of Tone It Up is so special and I’m so fortunate to be apart of this community. This is more than just a workout program - it’s a way of life! I want to live the life that these girls promote, and I want everyone to live in happiness and to their fullest potential too.
