White Pizza or a Golden Pizza is my favourite kitchen experiment! Using shawarma style chicken marinade with ricotta cheese as my base sauce.

500g Chicken : marinated overnight in 2tbs curd, 1tbs garlic powder, 1tbs onion powder, 1tsp Cajun seasoning & salt and pepper. Fry this in some olive oil and shred over the pizza.

Base: ricotta cheese from @eleftheriacheese with freshly ground black pepper and a pinch of salt (the cheese is already salty so don’t add too much)

Toppings: red onions , mushrooms (can literally use any) basil, red jalapeños and fresh mozzarella cheese from @eleftheriacheese
