1. Squeeze butt. Tighten abs. Press hard with your palms and keep shoulders DOWN. Lift! Use towels or paper plates to help you glide. 10x
2. Pull elbow toward your hip/knee. Lift! Hold at least 10 sec. Repeat. 3x Try and increase hold time. This is also great for your obliques!
3. Drive elbows into the floor to lift into a curl. This strengthens your abs, neck and lats. Triple threat. Hold as long as you can. Repeat 3x
