Ok, that was ridiculous. 🤯 I FINALLY acquired a pair of the Nike Alphafly, and I thought that I’d give them a one mile time trial just to see how they performed for me at speed. I wasn’t trying to go fast (I kept my HR under 150), I just wanted to get myself moving and see what happened. Once you get going in these shoes your strides just flow one into another, and you just glide over the ground. I am very much looking forward to putting these shoes to the test in a half or full.
