Very happy with my progress in all 3 lifts!🔑

My goals before my 20th birthday were 160,140,200 (SBD). 500 Total. I turn 20 on the 19th October✊🏾

I smashed the 160 Squat 6 weeks early, beltless🔥
⠀
Unfortunately encountered a shoulder injuring causing me to have 2 weeks off training completely, this affected my bench drastically. However I’m still chasing that 140 regardless🔥

This deadlift was my second ever deadlift session so very happy to pull 190, I did fail 200 a handful of times before too😂 Got 200 to my knees, wasn’t there on that day but it is coming very soon🔥

Except for a recent injury, everything is running smoothly and I’m enjoying every minute...⌛️
