SUNDAY SESSION šŖāļø
Starting to add a little bit more intensity to my sessions as my body heals.
My goals at the moment include improved CV fitness, but more so strengthening my shoulders/back, core & glutes to assist in lower back pain that has shown up since my surgery. Loss of strength & control has impacted my posture.
This session is a full body & should give you a nice sweat, you should notice a particularly nice burn through your glutes šš
The moves are a mixture of strength & cardio to get my heart rate up without overdoing it while Iām still finding my feet.
Try different intervals to suit your goals & level, any combination like;
20:10 x 8 sets
30:30 x 6 sets
40:20 x 5 sets
50:10 x 3 sets
