sorry that i’ve been a little inactive recently, i’m currently in San Diego hanging out with my grandma! it’s so beautiful here and i’m having a blast getting to spend time with her.☀️
i haven’t eaten any amazing food worth sharing recently, mostly just simple stir fry and lots of veggie burgers since i’ve been in SD. so today i’m sharing a meal from a couple weeks ago from my trip to bend!
in Bend i got lunch with my boyfriend and his family at a restaurant called The Point Pub and Grill! they were not a 100% vegan restaurant, but had a lot of amazing vegan options! i got their famous chicken vegan mac and cheese with a ceasar salad!! i loved the cheese sauce on the pasta, it tasted so real to me! the food filled me up and i even had tons of delicious leftovers.
also, that was my first vegan ceasar salad in so long! i miss them! does anyone have any good vegan cesar salad dressing recipes?? i bought one from the @followyourheart brand but would love to make my own. comment some recipe recommendations down below!!! 🥰
