‼️BRUTAL BACK AND BICEPS‼️
You guys voted for it so here it is, a super high volume back and biceps workout just how I like it 😈🤞🏼Yes I know I do a lot of exercises with a lot of sets but that’s honestly what I have found works for me and at the end of the day it’s what I enjoy the most 😎 You have to actually enjoy how you are training,  and there’s nothing else I would rather be doing than a ton of supersets and just a ridiculous amount of volume during my workouts 😅🔥 Also first one trying out this type of T- bar machine, I usually just do it with a barbell on the floor but I saw they had this and had to try it and it felt absolutely amazing, so if your gym has it I definitely recommend taking advantage of it and trying it out ‼️ If your looking for a workout to really challenge you and you want to absolutely destroy your back then definitely save this one and kill it next time your in the gym 😤🤞🏼 #F*ckAverage

1️⃣ T- bar row 5 x 10-16 (Huge drop set, last set) 
Superset 2 and 3 
2️⃣ Lat pull down 4 x 12-16 
3️⃣ Cable rope pull over 4 x 12-16 
Superset 4 and 5 
4️⃣ Close grip pull down 4 x 12-16
5️⃣ Seated cable row 4 x 10-12 
6️⃣ Single arm Db rows 3 x 10-12 
Superset 7 and 8 
7️⃣ Standing single arm machine row 4 x 12-15 
8️⃣ Reverse pec dec rear delt flies 4 x 12-16 (did not get a video)
Superset 9 and 10 
9️⃣ Lat pull down machine 3 x 15
