Healing Our Stories
The more I do this work, the more I see that so many (if not all) of our health issues, our money issues, our relationship issues & more are from our individual stories of shame and guilt.
Shame riddles us... “I’m not skinny enough, I didn’t do that right enough, I should be more, etc etc etc. “All the same story. Oh – and then there is guilt – “I didn’t do this enough for my child, I should do this at work even though I don’t want to and it isn’t my job, etc etc etc.”
These thoughts are not fly-by-the-night thoughts .. They are magnetic for more guilt and shame thoughts.. It Is up to each of us to break these and heal them so our kids (who will get them too) can see our re-patterning and begin to do their own “work” and heal their own stories and live magnificent lives!
