No running today, just a quick dog walk, and an upper body workout from home. It was my first time using my Garmin to record a strength training workout, and I was impressed by its ability to recognise what movements I was doing. The only one it mislablled was my "overhead tricep extensions", which Garmin thought was me doing sit-ups😅
