Healthy Veg Roll

INGREDIENTS:

For Roti or Wraps:
* Wheat flour 1.5 cup
* Beetroot paste  2/3 cup
* Salt 1/4 teaspoon
* Ghee

For Filling:
* Potato 1.5 cup (boil, peeled & grated)
* Paneer 1 cup (grated)
* Ginger paste 1/2 teaspoon
* Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
* Green chilli 2 (chopped)
* Turmeric 1/4 teaspoon
* Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
* Blackpepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
* Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
* Corn flakes 1/2 teaspoon (crushed)
* Ghee or oil 2 tablespoon
* Onion large (finely chopped)
* Carrot 1 cup (grated)
* Capsicum 2/3 cup (finely chopped)
* Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon
* Tomato sauce 2 teaspoon
* Salt as per taste

Other Ingredients:
* Coriander‐mint chutney
* Hung curd 
* Chaat masala

HOW TO:

Wraps:
* Take a bowl add all ingredients (except ghee), mix well and make a smooth dough
* Keep it aside for 15 minutes
* Now divide the dough equally in 4 portions
* Using rolling pin, roll it in a thin roti
* Now heat a pan, place the roti on pan and use 1 teaspoon ghee for cooking both sides

Filing:
* Take a pan, heat 1 tablespoon oil in it
* Add ginger, garlic paste, green chilli and cook it for 1 minute
* Add potato, paneer, turmeric, salt, pepper, coriander powder & mix it well and cook it for 1 minute
* Turn off the flame and le it cool down
* Add crushed cornflakes & mix it well and make a small ball of it
* Take a pan, use little oil and roast balls for all sides
* Now take a another pan add 1 tablespoon oil & heat it.
* Add onion, carrot, capsicum, red chilli, salt, saute it for 2 minute
* Add tomato sauce and cook it for 1 minute
* Turn off the flame

Veg Roll:
* Take a roti, spread some green chutney on it
* Place the saute vegetable in the centre
* Place some balls on the saute vegetables
* Pour some hung curd on the balls
* Sprinkle some chaat masala on it
* Now roll both the sides of roti, veg roll is now ready
