Am I going to have to go into lockdown?

It’s great to have these thoughts flash across your mind’s feed but don’t let them be your focus.

All these scenarios are out of you will (your control)
So worry isn’t going to help you, if anything it will hinder you making the best out of these situations.

Take my too dog here in the photo.
When I take them to the park and throw the ball they both run back have two different focuses.

Charlie (white dog) is chasing that ball. “Gonna hey ball, gonna get the ball, gonna get the ball”

Luna (black dog) chases Charlie. Doesn’t even worry about the ball. 

When Charlie is tired he stops. 
Luna the starts to Wonder around because she has no idea what to do now.

So be like Charlie and focus on the ball that make you happy at this moment in time.

Not what’s happening around you.
