Nutella French Toast Rolls
I love a weekend breakfast treat, especially when my Monday - Friday is fuelled by oatmeal, week in, week out.
This was 3 slices of whole meal bread with the crusts cut off.
Dip in egg & milk mixture and fry with butter for a few minutes.
Coat with cinnamon sugar and serve with fruit of your choice - I had strawberries and blueberries with mine.
