..Had loads of Citrus left over after giving away heaps to friends.... 🍋
So...
🍋I juiced some and made lemon Ice Cubes....
🍋Quartered another whole heap and Froze these with the peel to blend in smoothies, add to curries etc
I also made 6 bottles of Date & Lemon Chutney! 🍋
And then I juiced about another 10 lemons and skulled it in one go!🍋💪
🍋🍋🍋You’d think I was All Lemoned out!!???? 🍋🍋🍋 🍋🙃🙃
But no....
To top it all off..... tonight I got this Decadent Paleo Lemon Slice made with Love by Sara Petrocchi for my travels... 🥰🍋
