Cheating! Actually it’s not really cheating, but a workaround (trick! 😂), I am sure many savvy moms (including me! 😊), have up their sleeves.
Whenever the kids crave for lasagna but I ran out of meat, and not in the mood to assemble the lasagna sheets and do any oven work, here it is, my cheats version.
Although this one is meatless, my carnivorous kids eat them happily and are very generous with compliments for the chef.
Somehow the taste of the sour sweet tomatoes w salty cheese and creamy bechamel sauce, is heaven on earth.
Lasagna-like even. I simply call it,
Spaghetti w Tomato Pasta Sauce, Grated Cheese and Bechamel Sauce 😆
