For most of my life, I have had a very poor relationship with myself. I was always striving for external satisfaction amd validation while my inner voice was judgmental and negative. I never felt like I was good enough. 🍀

The truth is, I didn’t even know who I was under all these layers of expectation, and anxiety I had created while growing up.💬

Most of us go through life disconnected from our inner self, looking for something else (or someone else) to complete us and validate us. When we focus our awareness  inwards, we begin to feel supported, guided, and at peace with ourself. Like any relationship, the one we have with ourself requires time and commitment to build !🤓

A few things that help me connect with myself are Meditation, Journaling, Focusing on my breathing, Being with nature and Connecting to my higher self .😇❤️
