I always do cardio work on empty stomach upon the wake up. Def important to eat a good meal and hydrate well a night before. When your stomach is tight you have more energy, more endurance and more stamina. You also much sharper as your body is not digesting food you just ate. I can fast all the way till noon and break it with a bowl of fruit. #cardio #boxing
