1: The Confident stylist who charges her worth and quotes each client prior to starting their service
2: The scared stylist who emotionally discounts their services
3: The stylist who charges her worth but runs away at checkout and BAM hits the client with sticker shock. ( ouch that one hurt!)

Our industry has changed and gone are the days of the $65 partial highlight. 20 minute application, wash and bam they are out the door but also gone are the days of them coming in every 6 weeks ( and thank heavens because those baby hairs were looking CRISPY 🍗)

Our clients come in with these stunning Pinterest pictures and are loving those colors that give them more longevity while staying beautiful but ( because they aren’t a stylist) they have no clue the hard work, skills and 6 formulas that are about to go into that. And they shouldn’t!
