We have had to cancel over 2000 appointment in the first two weeks of July, which equates to £60K. Customers are so disappointed as they have confidence we will perform treatments safely and many are travelling so would have loved to be seen before departure. It makes no sense that you can go to the pub or sit next to someone on a plane but can’t get a 15 minute brow appointment."⠀
