Good morning and Happy New Year!
My day started off with the first swim since all the COVID stuff. I started swimming about a month or two before COVID, and although it isn’t something I’m particularly great at yet, I do enjoy it. While I’m no stranger to physical activity, swimming is a whole new challenge that I am incrementally seeing progress in.
Admittedly, all the way to the pool this morning I was thinking it was a bit of a dumb idea when it’s cold and wet but once I was in and started it was great. The heated pool helps too!
Today is also the beginning of the new financial year which I find more exciting than the 1st of January. Today marks the end of a great year for Giving Greens (ignoring the COVID speed bump) and the time to start looking towards the year ahead, setting new goals, to reach more people and spread the message of health and happiness.
I’m so glad that you’re here with me. There are a lot of exciting things I want to do this year and I can’t wait to share them with you!
