Blueberry biscuits are a thing and I can’t say I knew it! 😄I was inspired by @thekitchenista to make these little guys after seeing her post about her Blueberry Cardamom Biscuits topped with Lavender Honey. A quick internet search and I came across a million variations of blueberry biscuits. This is that Sunday Brunch addition that you never knew you were missing at the table. Why my grandma didn’t make these? I DON’T know. 🧐I made these very tiny so I wouldn’t have an excuse to eat too many. The great thing about homemade biscuit dough is that you’re able to pop them in the freezer for a future time when you’re ready to have one, or two. These have fresh blueberries, lemon zest, and are topped with honey and lemon glaze. If you want to protect yourself from these poppable biscuits - make them at someone else’s house and leave them there. 🤣 These biscuits will make you want to use your oven in the summer if you’re a blueberry lover like me.
