Two different runs: with the same goal. Wake up before the sun with enough time to go to work and get in over a mile. This was not about speed! Just about simply taking the time to do it. Doing this has helped me prepare better for my day since I had to make myself wake up an hour earlier. While on my run/walk I just took the time to be aware of my surrounds and not just go though it aimlessly. I’m also not a morning person but I’ll learn to be.
•Next weeks goal is similar - wake up before the sun and get over a mile but sun 10 minutes.
