Six years ago, we bought, gutted and renovated our 100-year-old house. We worked on it for a year and made it the house of our dreams. It was hard, and there were so many times we just wanted to throw in the towel. But it was worth it. These old houses always are.

Once again, I’m doing some of the renovations myself. I like the challenge. Fortunately, my energy is FAR greater than what it was six years ago thanks to this program and the healthy habits I’ve adopted. This time around is a completely different experience...for the better.
