Change used to scare me.. still does, actually. 🙈
Scared of struggling, scared of failing, scared of judgement from other people.. What I didn’t realize was this mindset was holding me back from seeing progress or even trying!
I haven’t needed to be perfect to progress. I’ve just needed to get off my ass and show up for myself.
Now, it’s hard. Most days I say all the words, but I’m doin it! YOU can too.
So repeat after me:
Lɪғᴇ ɢɪᴠᴇs ᴍᴇ ᴇxᴀᴄᴛʟʏ ᴡʜᴀᴛ I ɴᴇᴇᴅ ᴛᴏ ɢʀᴏᴡ + ᴇᴠᴏʟᴠᴇ.
