Not only do I LOVE sourdough but it turns out sourdough loves me too.

It takes longer to digest and studies suggested that if you add rye flour to sourdough it can help regulate blood sugar levels. Sourdough is also a prebiotic, which helps support the gut microbiome. Plus we all need fibre, very few of us eat enough and this is just packed full of the stuff! 
Triple yes and triple yum! 
Oh and because I love sourdough and my husband loves to back, I end up with at least a different one of these every other day! Very lucky lady @potpalmer
