A question I get asked all the time, when it comes to eating & exercise ππ»ββοΈπ
.
.
Motivation is hard. I get it. We need to constantly work at it . I have put together some tips that you might find useful . Donβt just read it- actually do it π itβs Saturday, you got time π
.
1. Think of the reasons why you want to change - list all the benefits of change, and your goals . What is your WHY. .
.
2. What are the obstacles that might get in the way? Often when people begin to make changes certain things get in the way. Try and think about what obstacles might get in the way and how you might overcome them. Do this side by side. .
.
3. Be kind to yourself. All day, every day we have conversations with ourselves in our head. It is so common and automatic we donβt even notice we are doing it. Often we are far more critical and harsh towards ourselves jan we would be to other people. .
.
The best thing to do is JUST START now . Small baby steps , consistency and acknowledging your small successes β€οΈ
