Full workout:🔥🔥(Difficulty) •Pull up x 4 sets of 10
•Upright Row x 4sets of 15 •Side raise x 3 sets of 15 •Bicep curl x 4 sets of 20 •Chest fly x 4 sets of 15
Tips:
•Try to keep your resting time within 40 seconds
