• I thought having a boy would be cool, because then we could do all these things I love doing together.

• Such a funny thing when we (I) think that in order to ‘get something’, or have a ‘certain experience’, it has to be ‘my way’. When in fact, everything I thought I was looking for in having a boy, excitement, adventure, skateboarding, sup-ing, driving fast, ball-sports, video games, being rough n cheeky for example, this wonderful soul gives me right here, right now.

• If only we would live in the moment and realise that we have everything that we want/need right here, right now. How much our lives could improve by appreciating this, instead of looking for it somewhere else.

• Stop looking for what you have in the wrong places, thinking when I have ________, I will feel like this: _________.

• Instead ask yourself: What/When/Who makes me feel like that now? 💡
.
• OMG! It’s right in front of me, and I don’t even “say” (feel) thank you (gratitude) for it...
.
• Now wonder we don’t receive more when we don’t have gratitude for what we have.
