Long overdue 3 months and 4 days.
I wanted a change to take control of my inner storm.
I knew I was down, lost, confused and spiralling.
I went in, endure 7 hours on a chair.
Did I feel different? Yes
Did it make me more comfortable? No
I was just living in a world of escapism.
But it made me bolder unknowingly to indirectly confront my problems.
In no time my life was spiralling on the outside at the pace of my inside.
Before I knew it life as I knew it was over.
I was in lowest pits of sorrow, despair, hurt and heartache.
Months I have carried the weight in my heart, mind and soul.
Not to mention my head.
As the phases and transitions have come to pass.
So should be the time to cast old inner feelings and outer appreances.
