HOT(Honest Open and Transparent) Girl Moment: . . The first two photos were taken while I was in high school about 10years ago! While back then I was smaller (still not socially accepted) I was the most insecure but hid it well. It’s crazy to me that family and friends would constantly tell me I needed to lose weight (size 16). My stomach, thighs, hips, arms were all too big according to them. . I have gained massive weight since then (size 22) and still hear the same comments. Yet I can almost guarantee that I would be celebrated and praised should I return wearing a size 16. . I said all of this to stress the point of.....live for you! You can’t make people happy! Someone will always have something to say about your size, weight, and body. Learn to love you! I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been but I’m the most settled I’ve ever been. . This message isn’t to celebrate my weight gain but to celebrate the love I have found for me in spite of what I’ve heard all of my life! I have my own goals of healthy eating and exercise that I’m working toward daily. Those goals aren’t rooted in looking like somebody else, peoples approval, or society’s standards. Because of that I’m gentle and kind with myself. . So if you’re trying every diet and weight loss trick known to man so that you can meet someone’s standard of beauty that is constantly changing and altering......STOP!! I can guarantee once you meet that “goal” you’ll find 20 other standards in which you fall short. It ain’t worth your time and energy! . . So if you needed a message telling you to be the baddie that you are....here it is!!! ✨✨ . . Find it in your heart to love yourself unconditionally.
