This is the megaproject at 1300 Fairmount. Really nice to see construction begin again, the intersection of Broad and Ridge and Fairmount is one of the most fantastic in the city in terms of potential. But it needs this to anchor the revitalization that until so recently had seemed to be occurring at a fever pitch.
