Never thought this whould be the moment. The wine I made from grapes from the lokaal vegetablegarden should have been tasted at the opening of the season of the gardens. There is no opening and even no lokaal vegipatch so I could not wait any longer and pored a tasting glass from the 5 liter bottle. Happy with the first taste. Nice and dry with a bit of red fruit and spices. A bit like a spicy rosado. Kind of fun to know you can make this yourself. #wine #homemade #winemaking.
