2οΈβ£ Curtsy lunge (pulse x2)
3οΈβ£ Bridge & abduction
4οΈβ£ Mini squat SL tap back (keep your core engaged!!) also a great quad burn π₯
5οΈβ£ Side plank (on knees) clamshell (modification shown: lying on side)
6οΈβ£ RDL to squat
7οΈβ£ Optional π Grab your favorite weight π¦π» and perform squats! #toddlermomlife ββ π Perform all exercises x10 reps (each side when applicable) at your own pace for 3-4 rounds. Rest 1 minute between rounds. I want you to focus on proper form and control ππ»
