1️⃣ #squat and kickback

2️⃣ Curtsy lunge (pulse x2)

3️⃣ Bridge & abduction

4️⃣ Mini squat SL tap back (keep your core engaged!!) also a great quad burn πŸ”₯ 
5️⃣ Side plank (on knees) clamshell (modification shown: lying on side)

6️⃣ RDL to squat

7️⃣ Optional 😍 Grab your favorite weight πŸ‘¦πŸ» and perform squats! #toddlermomlife βž–βž– πŸ“ Perform all exercises x10 reps (each side when applicable) at your own pace for 3-4 rounds. Rest 1 minute between rounds. I want you to focus on proper form and control πŸ‘πŸ»
