well this whole workout is a blooper 😅 but most of my workouts are and I just choose the best clips, but these are more of a real look at what happens, and to be honest this was not many interruptions compared to normal!
Love my little nugget more than anything and I being active and working out in front of her helps to motivate me... but sometimes it’s really hard, and frustrating.
These past few sunny days have been spent outside running around, hop scotching, attempting outside workouts but then giving up.
Today I woke up and had a different mindset (the new watch helps). We went for a bike ride first thing, did this messy workout, which was mostly only body weight, and went out for a “run” 😅 •
