So, this might come as a shock to you 🙃
Especially if you know me and have been following me for a minute..

But I DIDN’T take any “before” reboot pictures this round 🤭
•
I really just wanted to focus on doing this for ME 💕
I mean, everything I do is for me 🤷🏼‍♀️
I’m just speaking in regards to sharing a physical progress picture.
I didn’t want to go that route this time.

BUT— I did complete my 60 hour reboot (actually still going, 62 hours in so far 👏🏻) and I definitely feel like so much bloating is gone.
I feel so refreshed and rejuvenated.
I feel so lean and healthy.
I feel amazing 🤩

And not that it matters 😉 but I am down 4.5 pounds since before the reboot and almost 10 pounds since last Monday 👏🏻🔥

Definitely feeling back on track after my little downward spiral 🙃
and I’m very proud of myself for acknowledging I was self-sabotaging and recommitted myself to feeling GOOD ♥️

Because like I’ve said many times this week,
when you eat like shit,
you feel like shit 💩
And after falling back into toxic eating habits, I definitely wasn’t feeling my best 🙈

Thanks to this 60 hour reboot I’ve rid my body of all those toxins and bloat, reset my metabolism, kicked ketosis into overdrive and feel like I’m right back to where I started 👏🏻
