Not easy to come by these days. There are days when it all just feels like it’s too much and there is no end in sight. 😫

As I scrolled back through photos this morning I came across this one from the hike @kristinhedstrom and I did in the Grand Canyon in September. When she took this photo, we were 15 miles in and had another two or three hours to go. I recall feeling like the end wasn’t getting any closer and fatigue was setting in right when she took this photo.

Though, like now, there is no other option than to keep moving forward.

Like then, forward is the only option. And like then, the ascent out of the canyon did come to an end.

This too shall pass And we will be in a very different place from where we started. -
