Full body kettelbell warm-up
1. Deadlift + Halo + Rev Lunges
2. Single arm clean + Rev lunge + Strict press (repeat on both sides)
I have done the movemens I generally do to warm up my shoulders and legs before workouts.
You can choose do to any one of them both target the same group of muscles
2 sets of 10-15 reps and you should feel good to go💥
Go light on the Kettelbell, its to activate muscles for the workout and not to get you exhausted .
