What I love about oatmeal is that it’s really quick and easy to make, you can customize it with any toppings, and it keeps you full with lots of energy to last your morning! Simple ingredients and plenty of fiber!

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (such as Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats)
• 1 cup skimmed milk
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tsp honey
• 1 tsp chia seed
• Desired toppings (such as almonds, walnuts, peanut butter, or fresh fruit) 
Instructions - 2 ways:

Microwave:
1- place the oats and milk in a plate. Microwave on high for 2 minutes and the consistency should be perfect.

Stove:
1- Combine oats, milk, water, and cinnamon in a medium saucepan. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to low.
2-Simmer uncovered for 3 to 5 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Then add the cinnamon, chia seeds and honey; mix together.  Add the toppings YOU desire!
