I’ve been meditating a lot on the last couple of months, seeing as I’m stuck home longer than I’d have expected and honestly being in my core has helped me realise that no matter how far I am, and no matter how many re-try’s / clean slates I give myself nothing will change unless I do.
I’m thinking about changing it all, for the better. So I can breathe easier
Also that I’m every thing I enjoy which is amazing because revelling in all the things that I actually enjoy has helped me grow a lot and as a result change.
