3 things to help with anxiety relief that I use to not lose my mind during quarantine.

Often times, we are caught in our racing minds, not able to slow down or ground ourselves. As someone who is open about their bipolar/ptsd I have had to find tools to help me calm the mind during the day so I can focus on what truly matters. Here’s 3 things I do to calm the bipolar mind.

1️⃣. Take 5-6 deep slow breathes in and out through the nose.
2️⃣. Get on the app insight timer to do an anxiety relief mediation.
3️⃣. Take a pause: do jumping jacks, a set of pushups or ab workouts to burn off excess energy that gets stored in the mind. Sometimes I like to grab the jump rope to get my heart up during depressive episodes.

Anyway, I hope some of these ideas help relieve your anxiety. - Chris
