I was given the chance to try the mini keto chocolate chip cookies by @eatforketo! šŸ’• . They reached out to me and sent me a pack of 3 bags to try out! šŸ˜‰ . I absolutely love these! The macros on these are unreal. For 1 whole bag!! There is only 2 net carbs and 9g of protein in this whole bag šŸ˜± . I love how the macros are only for one serving, the whole bag! A lot of brands list 2 or 3 different servings but with this the macros listed are what you get in the whole bag. It definitely makes it easier when it comes to tracking your macros . I tried these crumbled up on top of my ice cream and it worked out really good. They are definitely solid enough to where if you want to eat it just as the cookie you can but if you want to add it to your dessert like I did it crumbles up easy enough but not to easy šŸ˜‰ . All in all Iā€™m impressed by these cookies and am so happy I was given the chance to try them!
