Humans are GREAT at over complicating things

We get so caught up in thoughts

Most of us FEEL feelings about ourselves/people/situations, but we try to understand our feelings by THINKING b/c we’re not taught how to lower our energy into the body & process what it is we’re feeling

So we shoot our energy into our upper centers & overthink, get anxiety trying to sort out feelings through the mind

Your thoughts can lie to you, your feelings don’t

Here are a simple ways to begin feeling into your body without overthinking
🔴If something doesn’t feel good, stop doing it
🟠If something does feel good (without numbing out), continue doing it
🟡If you want something, ask for it
🟢If you’re interested in someone, tell them
🔵If you’re tired, rest
🟣If you’re in pain, address it
⚪️If you’re sad, cry
🟣If you’re mad, yell (by yourself, not at someone)
🔵If you want to move, do it
🟢If you want pleasure, experience it
🟡If your digestion is upset, eat better
🟠If you want to feel more confident, lose weight, be happier, less stressed, more successful, etc, but don’t know how, hire a coach/mentor who has been there

Things only have to cause anxiety, confusion, or be complicated if you choose for them to be

Most of life is very simple. Easy? Maybe not. Simple? Yes.

We are taught really shitty coping and defense mechanisms to “keep our hearts safe” when in reality it paralyzes us & creates dysfunction throughout the entire energy body

And when that happens, you REALLY don’t get what you want (ya know, because you’re a huge electromagnetic field that is constantly sending out signals to the universe, calling in experiences that match those signals & those signals are determined by YOUR FEELINGS)

It’s easier said than done. But that doesn’t make it impossible. With practice & consistency, support & guidance- it becomes A LOT easier
