People always want an explanation of how Reiki works and what is Reiki? The easiest way I can explain it is like gravity. We don’t truly understand how gravity works but we feel and experience its affect every second of the day. Reiki is the same you don’t need to understand the ins and outs of it to feel and experience its effect after a session.
