Took me some time to finally post my #MonthlyGoals but here I am! Swipe for your own template and also a recap of my March goals.

⭐️Finish Phase 1 of Body Revolution Workout⭐️
My body gets weak around that time of month…and this past week I decided to give myself a bit of grace and take some time off of high intensity workouts. This month I’ll focus on the bigger goal of finishing Phase 1 vs doing HIIT almost every day.

⭐️No technology for 1 hour before bed⭐️ I have been having trouble sleeping, and I tend to be on my phone until my eyes close…BAD habit! Instead, I’ll be putting my phone away one hour before I go to bed, and I’ll be reading rather than looking at my phone. I’m on the computer pretty much all day so any more screen time is bad for my eyes or my mental health!

⭐️Finish at least half of the book Boundaries⭐️ Loving this book! I’m taking my time reading it so I can absorb all the goodness and wisdom.

⭐️Take a sea salt bath⭐️ Enough said!!!

⭐️Go outside once a day⭐️ I was on the phone with a friend recently and she reminded me that I *must* go outside once a day or I’ll go cray lol. I couldn’t disagree with her. It’s so easy for me to just stay in all day, but I’ll be making more of an effort this month to go outside, even if it’s just for a 10 min walk.

⭐️68 oz of water/day⭐️ I may need to get a better water bottle for this one. Any recs?

⭐️Paleo 5 days/week⭐️ keeping this one for now! I may change to something even more flexible in the coming months…TBD but this is working pretty well for me so far.
